Kelsey Bass Ranch Rondy 6/3

The Kelsey Bass Ranch is the quintessential bass fishery ideally suited for fly fishers. The 125-acre lake features every type of bass holding water for both topwater and subsurface flies. This Rondy can accommodate up to 10 club fly fishers. Bring your own lunch and beverages.

While this lake can be fished from the bank in waders, it is best fished from your own watercraft (e.g., float tube, pontoon boat, pram, or small motorboat).  Wearing a PFD is required.

Rods ranging from 6-9 weights with both floating and sinking lines (or sink tips) work best.

This Rondy is for experienced anglers ONLY and is NOT for current participants in the Learn to Fly Fish Program or other beginners.  

Carpooling and the meeting place will be discussed in emails to registrants.
