The World Championship of Spey Casting - April 20-22, 2018

The 2016 Spey-O-Rama results are in! Congratulations to all who competed.

Ireland's Gerard Downey won his fourth Spey-O-Rama championship with a world record total of 724 ft, including a longest cast of 193 ft. Norway's Tommy Arkvisla was runner up and Oregon's Travis Johnson was 3rd.

Oregon's Mia Sheppard won the women's title for second time in three years with a 2016 total of 520 ft.  Mia and Canadian Kara Knight, who finished second, tied for longest cast with 137 ft.  California's Whitney Gould finished third.

The senior men's division is now in its fifth year.  Ireland's Martin Kiely won with a total of 620 ft. Canadian Tyler Kushnir placed 2nd, while Lee Davison of Idaho placed thrid.
