NOTE: THIS CRAB FEED HAD TO BE MOVED TO SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2018 (from Saturday, January 20, 2018) due to the very limited availability of live crab this year before this new date. All those members who were already pre-registered for the previously SOLD OUT January 20th event do NOT need to do anything if they can still make the new Feb. 17th date. If not, PayPal credit refunds will be offered for any cancellation requests sent directly to Xavier Carbonnet (xcarbonnet@yahoo.com) before January 31, 2018.
OTHER INTERESTED MEMBERS, WHO WERE UNABLE TO REGISTER FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT PRIOR TO IT SELLING OUT, SHOULD SIGN THE WAITLIST NOW. After February 1st, those on the waitlist will be notified (in the order in which they have signed it) if there have been any dinner cancellations prior to this date.
Please join us for an evening of "all you can eat" fresh cracked Dungeness crab at the GGACC's premier annual dining and social event on Saturday, FEBRUARY 17, 2018, beginning at 5:00pm. This event fills up very rapidly, so be sure to register early (via online registration ONLY!) to reserve your seat.
Online registration will be opened (i.e., a large "Register" button will then appear to the left of this calendar event description) following an email blast to the membership announcing this event.
Once this event has sold out, an online wait list will be started (i.e., the "Register" button changes into a "Join Wait List" button). There will be no refunds offered (except as noted in 1st para. above). But any registrant, who later learns that they won't be able to attend and would like to try to sell their spot directly to the current first person on this wait list, can email the "Registration contact" listed below to learn who to contact and their email address as listed in the club directory.
Attendance is necessarily LIMITED to the seating space available, and online registration is open ONLY to current (2018) GGACC club members, with only ONE pre-paid GUEST allowed per club member (i.e., a member may register online twice to reserve a spot for their one guest).
Time: Social hour starting at 5pm. Dinner served at 6pm
Menu: Caesar Salad -- Fresh-made Pesto Pasta -- Fresh Dungeness Crab -- Cheesecake with Grand Marnier Berry Coulis and Toasted Almonds
Ticket Price: $60 (the online-only registration fee) There will be NO tickets sold at the lodge.
BYOB: Attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverage(s) of choice since beverages (other than tap water) are NOT included in the dinner price.
