GGACC Annual Holiday Party

The club's traditional end-of-year Holiday Party will be held this year on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 1:00 to 5:00pm (except that food service will end this year by 3:00pm, so don't arrive later than this if you hope to eat).

There is no fee for this holiday meal for the membership and guests.  

[Note that there is a Swap Meet on this same day from 10:00am to 12:30pm. See separate calendar item for this event.]  

Although the club will be providing the entree and all side dishes for this meal at no charge, all members attending the party are asked to bring an appetizer and/or dessert to share with others and to bring their own beverages of choice and the glassware, cups, etc. as needed for their beverage.  

Please be sure to REGISTER yourself (and any guest) in advance for this event to give us a good headcount of how many to expect.  Register early since registration may have to be limited to the total possible seating in the lodge.

Volunteers are needed for set-up, serving, and clean-up crews, so please email Xavier Carbonnet if you can possibly help us out.
