Unless there will be no program offered in a particular month, this event is typically held on the 2nd Saturday of each month following the free public casting lessons that month. This month's special program:  Learn The Secrets of Efficient Fly Casters

For over 100 years, renowned GGACC members have been developing, testing and refining the art of casting, fishing, teaching, and tackle design for anglers around the globe.

Following our Free Casting Lessons & free lunch on Saturday, January 11, join GGACC's honored member, CHRIS KORICH, for an indoor video and Q&A session to get answers to your most pressing questions about fly casting technique, tips, and basic tackle to accelerate your progress as a fly caster and angler.

Simple, but important questions like:

- How should I grip my fly rod?
- What’s the best stance for learning how to fly cast?
- Why should I aim at the targets?
- What casting skills and drills should I practice most to prepare for fishing?

For his five decades of teaching local anglers and coaching fellow U.S. Casting Team members, CHRIS KORICH has been honored with inductions into the American Casting Association and California Outdoor Hall of Fames, and most recently received the FFI Lifetime Achievement For Fly Casting Instruction Award.

Sign up today and bring your pressing questions, note pad and a rod butt section only to this engaging Q&A session with our club's 12x World Fly Casting Champion and world renowned casting instructor!”

All participants are requested to register for this event beforehand (whether or not there is any limit shown on the registration for this event) in order to gauge the expected size of the audience.
